Bringing my wife without sponsoring her!!

• I’m permanent resident of Canada, but I’ve been living overseas for the last 2 years.
  im planning to come back to Canada very soon.
  Also I will get married next month (outside Canada)
  My problem is im wondering how im going to bring my wife to Canada?
  Although I have p.r card, I cant satisfy the requirement to sponsor my wife (specially the requirement for the financial support), accordingly my wife will apply as a skilled worker, her job in the list but she don’t have the 67 point which is required by CIC ,
  My question is can she claim extra point since Im her husband and I have a master degree (5points)and have relatives in canada (5point)
