Nightlife in Toronto

I will spend next summer in Toronto working as an intern at the ROM. I am looking for information on the nightlife in Toronto.
Also, I am 19 and I need to know what is the age for entering bars/buy alcohol there.

as for the legal age for driking in Ontario, it is 19. See the regulations at www.lcbo.com
