Travel to Mexico on a Canadian Work Visa

• We are going on vacation to Mexico and would like out nanny from the Phillipines who is in Canada on a work visa to accompany us. Can she travel outside of Canada on her work visa? There is not much information regarding this and I was hoping someone could guide us in the right direction. Warm regards, Monique
