Getting work permit to allow me to work...

• I will be moving with my wife to Switzerland. Her company will be hiring her as a local hire and giving us both resident permits in Switzerland.
  
  What I am wondering what is required for me to get a job?
  
  Where are some good sites for this type of Job hunting? I have 10+ years in the IT software development field with a Computer Science degree?
  
  We are looking to live near the Vevey area?
