making calls to a cell phone within germany

• Hello,
  
  I'm currently in Berlin I' m having some difficulties with making a phone call from a regular home phone to a german cell phone number. IThe cell phone number starts with 017... How do I make this phone call?

  You should just simply dial 017 ... and that's it. If it doesn't work, either the number is wrong or your phone isn't working
