Apartment for rent in Brussels, near Avenue Louise

• I'll be leaving Brussels in December and I'm looking for someone to take my place as tennant of my current apartment.
  
  It's a 2 bedroom apartment, at the very top of a new building (it was completed 2 years ago), has central heating and an a/c unit (which personally I never used), open plan with an american style kitchen (including fridge)and a balcony. The rent comes up to €1300.
