finding a job in berlin

hi all,
i just arrived in berlin a few weeks ago and am staying with friends. i been starting to look for a job and it seems that it much harder than i thought in the beging- no i dont have good germen (yet) so maybe thats a prob. but there must be other things that i can do here no ?
