Living in Argentina

• As Michelle said, you don't need to cross over to Uruguay every three months, instead you can renew your tourist visa at the immigration office ( http://www.clickargentina.com/glossary/direccion-nacional-de-migraciones/ ), it's possible they'll ask you for proof of sufficient funds to cover your next three months in the country, but I don't think that is common.
