Tell her to go see a lawyer and file for divorce if she has a real problem with him. If he has been in the country less than 2 years then he will probably not have leave to stay here indefinitely. If she divorces him before he gets that then she should inform the immigration to get him deported. I doubt she would lose her son as the courts in the Uk will come down on the side of the mother 99% of the time. 1st step Solicitor.
