visa sent to the airport

• does anyone have any idea about how if i can get the visa in the airport it will be approved on monday but my flight leaves the friday b4 its approved and i cant change that,so is it possible for the british authority to c that i was approved but just did not have the visa in my passport.any help is ok, i am guessing it is not possible.lol
