Kuwait Residency Permit

helllo,
I have a residency permit of Kuwait till 2013.And nowadays studying in USA.
As it is recommended that every six months have to enter in Kuwait,it is now very hard for me.Please suggest me what should I do, do I need University Reference letter. If I need it thn what should I do further.
