volevo sapere se come italiana mi conviene comprare casa in ticino (lugano). POtrei farmi dare la residenza, ma se un domani me ne vado che succede?POsso vendere se non ho ancora estinto il mutuo? posso dare in affitto anche se non vivo piu' in svizzera?
