Do I need visa for an intermediate stop in british airport?

I am chinese and resident in Italy since 1990, 31th october i will go to stockholm, I do not need any visa to enter Norway.
But the flight will make a 1 HOUR intermediate stop in a London airport... DO I NEED VISA even I will take the next flight in 1HOUR and never pass through Border Controls?
