Tier 1 Pointscoring

• Hi,
  
  I already have HSMP approved in 2006, but I could not travel to UK that time and my visa time already expired.
  Now I am planning to apply for Tier 1 Highly Skilled Visa, Can I claim any point with my old HSMP (for english language etc..)
