I will be much obliged if some one can answer or help me for following
Recently my wife got the scholarship from higher education for Phd . The Total Amount of Scholorship is around GBP48,000/- for complete three years in 16,000 installment per year. The total fee for Phd is around GBP34,000/- for complete year.
I am a salaried person having very little saving. My father in law agreed to give me around GBP18,000 as gift.
Can I Apply for spouse visa with my wife and what r the chances any advice will be appreciated in this regard.
