what visa should i go for?

• i have an offer from a company in UK..but i dont have enough experience to qualify for highly skilled worker permit..i want to work in UK..how do i get the work permit ..any other visa categories u should look into?
  i want to ask.. how many years of work experience do i need to get a work permit.all i want is a temperory work permit.,..
