will i get the visa if i buy a property in the uk

• hi i i want to buy a house to let in the UK .i currently live in PAKISTAN. can some one please tell me that if a buy i house in UK will it be easy for me to get a visa to UK when i want to go there to see my house.is it possible for me to get a multiple visa to the UK if i buy a house there .i have just finished my studies and i will soon start a buisness in PAKISTAN .this is to let u know that i dont have a job or buisness experience .
