training for ironman

Hi... I just landed... Im in Mahboula and am training for ironman FLA in Nov. I found a place to swim today and have been running in the morning. My bike is one the way and will prob stay indoors on a trainer.
We might be able to link up and do some open water swims...it's always safer with a buddy.
