i am a indian and reside in dubai, my g/f is a romanian.i was in romania to get our marriage registered but the authorities wanted a stamp on my bith certificate.
that was just the legal document they wanted from my side.
i need help on how and where i can get this done.
We want to get married whereever its the easiest couild anyone help???.
Also my g/f is a doctor and has got 2 more years to specialize so i intend staying in romania for these 2 years before moving back to dubai.
